Retreat Houses

Guests in our retreat houses may use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own food or purchase meals in Maclean Hall for an additional $45 per person/per day.

No linens or pillows are provided unless requested for an additional $10/person.

All beds are single bunk bed style.

Check in at 4pm. Check out at 1pm.

Dove

This stone house was built in 1864 and includes a large fully-equipped kitchen, main floor living room and six bedrooms with single, double and bunk-style beds. There are two shared bathrooms on the second floor and one two-piece bathroom on the first floor. A large main floor dining room has large tables and chairs with a door that opens onto a lovely three-season sunporch. An outdoor fire pit is located a short walk from the building.

This rustic, squared-log two storey cabin features an original stone floor and wood-buring stove insert fireplace. This house features a large greenbelt surrounding the building. Pass the evenings in front of a campfire in the back yard. Bunk and single beds can sleep 12.

Shepherd

This pretty stone cottage was built in 1940 to house the farm’s herdsman. Now, the main floor has a large fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with bunk beds and a shared bathroom. There is a bright and spacious living room with a wood stove and large windows with a gorgeous view.

This five-bedroom house has cedar shingles and a lower walk-out to a grassy gathering area and fire pit. There are shared bathrooms on each level, and bedrooms have multiple bunk beds in each. Upstairs, there is a full kitchen and dining area and downstairs has a large living room with a large window and beautiful view.
