Dining

Meals are served in our barrier-free one-room schoolhouse called Maclean Hall. Professional culinary staff use the fully equipped kitchen to provide wholesome, hearty meals. Our farmhouse tables make room for up to 65 guests and food is served buffet style.  

The Crieff Hills Farm produces a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, herbs, meat, honey and maple syrup for our kitchen. Eggs from our farm are available for purchase at our Farm Store. Other in-season ingredients come from local growers as often as possible. Our chef ensures that food is both delicious and beautiful. We often love to bring nature indoors with fresh flowers from the property on our dining tables. 

We ensure that a wide selection of hot and cold foods meet everyone's needs and preferences. We strive to accommodate food allergies (gluten free, dairy free, etc.) and religious dietary requests whenever possible, these are welcome at no additional cost but must be booked 14 days in advance. While we take care in meal preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. We regreat that we are not a nut-free facility, but are happy to accommodate those who wish to avoid them. Our meals are served in the spirit of community in a shared dining hall with menus created based on availability of local ingredients. As such, food preference requests cannot always be accommodated. Vegetarian and vegan options will be made available upon request.

Please note that outside catering is not permitted anywhere on site and meals must be ordered for all group members. 

Every meal at Crieff Hills includes unlimited water, tea and coffee. Meals are served at 8:00am, 12:30pm and 5:30pm. Children under 5 eat free.
