These prices include the use of a building from 9 am to 5 pm plus access to the hiking trails, gardens and labyrinth. Each guest must register with contact information for tracing purposes, and observe social distancing measures. We encourage all groups to meet outside as much as possible and will be glad to provide a comfortable setup next to each building.
Tea, coffee and juice can be provided for $2.75 per person or a beverages and individually-packaged snack reception can be added for $5.25 per person.
Upper Conference Hall: This large room with lots of natural light is accessible from the main parking lot. Tables and chairs are available along with an apartment-sized piano. A podium, drop-down screen and sound system with one microphone are all included free of charge. One wheelchair accessible washroom is located on this floor and additional washrooms are available on the lower level. We are able to accommodate social distancing requirements by carefully placing furniture 2 meters apart, to a maximum of 25 people. Lunch can be purchased for an additional charge. The cost is $210 per day. Masks are required for all guests while indoors.
Lower Conference Hall: The lower room has one wall of windows and exterior access out onto a large green space. A small kitchen with fridge, coffeemaker, kettle and dishwasher is available and washrooms are located down the hall. Tables and chairs may be set up in a socially distanced manner for up to 20 people and lunch can be purchased for an additional charge. The cost is $180 per day. Masks are required for all guests while indoors.
The Pines Common Room: This beautiful space offers an opportunity for small daytime gatherings. Enjoy a private kitchen and barrier-free bathroom along with a large, sunny meeting space. Tables and chairs make it possible to socially distance, or you can take everyone outside through the large sliding doors. The kitchen is stocked with a kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. You are welcome to bring your own food, or ask about ordering a meal from our kitchen. Please note that groups are expected to wear masks while indoors.
